Description:

This massage is usually associated with a medical treatment such as plastic surgery or other when fluids need movement. It can be used to fight off allergies, colds, and flus. It is performed on a table, with the area to work is uncovered only.  It is very slow movements designed to move the lymph fluid. The amount of time may vary, depending on the work needed.

Effects / Benefits:

Increases the immune system, moves fluid and lymph out of an area where congestion may occur. It is also very relaxing. It is pre-surgical and post surgical to help manage circulation. It can also be used in a problem area for swelling. It is very beneficial during allergy season for the face to help drain the sinuses and reduce swelling.
