Description:

Reflexology is the use of special techniques on a small area of the body such as the feet, hands, face, or ears. These techniques stimulate reflexes that represent all the organs and tissues of the body, causing the body to balance itself. Bach Flower Essences and Aromatherapy is used in conjunction with our treatment.  We use special techniques that also address muscles/tendons in the feet that may cause dysfunction.

This is a fully clothed treatment performed in a reclining chair, so it very comfortable and easy for anyone to enjoy. Allow 1hour for a basic treatment, 11/2 hours if there is foot dysfunction, or add ½ hour of foot, hand, face/ear reflexology to any massage for added benefits!
