Dr. Ruggerio and Dr. Anderson,

I just want to say thank you for introducing me to Metagenics Medical Food. I was as skeptical as they come when Dr. Ruggerio suggested that I talk to Dr. Anderson about this food supplement that had helped him to lose weight and improved his overall health. I had tried so many health food products and had never been able to tell any difference from using them.

Being the type that really needs to see results, let's just say I've not found to many products that I feel have done much more than put money in someone else's pocket. When Dr. Ruggerio told me about the Medical Food by Metagenics I was doubtful. I've known him as my doctor since 1994 I think, and I know he would never suggest anything for me that he didn't truly believe in. Still, I need to see results and I rarely found any snake oil that I could honestly say had a positive affect on my life.

I went home and started researching Metagenics and their products. The more I read the more interested I became. The Internet was full of articles and testimonials on their Medical Foods. I went back in and ask Dr. Anderson about product and if it was right for me. He said absolutely this is the right product for me. I decided to order a one month supply and see how it went.

I have been on the product for two weeks and the change in me is unbelievable. I have some serious health issues and take approximately twenty one prescription pills each day. This may keep me alive but in other ways they tear my body down. This product detoxifies your body and theres no doubt I need that. Additionally, I don't watch what I eat as well as I should. I know I don't get all the nutrients, proteins and minerals that I need each day so I figured if using it as a food supplement just helped with that then it would be OK.

Well I have to tell you, I got a lot more than that. In the first two weeks I have found that I have much more energy. My appetite has changed noticeably. Most nights I skip big dinners now and just have a salad or some other light snack. I'm not trying to diet, all though I should, my body is just not pushing me to eat. Instead I feel satisfied and just don't feel I need to eat. There is also one other change that is worth mentioning however, I will spare you the details. My morning constitutional is very satisfying, a major change for me. Enough said about that, I'll move on.

Doctors, thank you both very much. I actually feel younger and I'm very excited to see just what this product is going to do for me in the coming months. One thing I know for sure is that this product works. I can't say thank you enough. Please let others know what this has done for me. There are so many people out there that could benefit from this product.

My main complaint was low back pain.  I had been experiencing this pain for months.  I was also having upper back pain, neck pain, right arm numbness and headaches.  I experienced relief from the first visit.  The amount of time the relief lasted increased with each visit.  I feel stronger, more relaxed, sleep better and more alert.  I find it easier to stand, sit and bend.  My digestion has also improved.  I am very pleased with the results!
